Utorrent slowing down?

I have cable. Everything else works fine apart from utorrent. Its downloading again but really slow

The cable that runs from your wall to your modem will have printing on it, it will say what type of cable it is. I would suggest buying better cable if it isn't RG-6U, that includes any splitters you may have, they should be the same, (rated RG-6U) Data transfer compliant. As I said, I had no problems with my old cable until I tried to use a lot of bandwidth, that's when things went wrong.

alrighty. I looked at it and it has a bunch of numbers and letters on it. Maybe the ratings are different for australia?

Maybe you are throttled

The green button only goes on when someone else connects to you.
When the green button is gone, it doesn't has to mean that your incoming port is blocked.

I did the test and It says it isnt being throttled. I think It might have just been a crappy DL.
