Torrent
Torrent 2 Higher quality resolution from Mininova

Torrents are also available from Torrent Box but I have not previewed them. This particular torrent from our sister site isohunt includes all of the Season One (the only season Crying or Very sad in the correct order as they were intended to be seen: not the order shown on TV) and a copy of the Serenity movie. NB the torrent names the movies as an Axxo torrent - I can't see it on his upload page Embarassed but the quality is near perfect. Very Happy

Wiki wrote:
Firefly is an American science fiction television series created by writer/director Joss Whedon, creator of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel, under his Mutant Enemy Productions. Its naturalistic future setting, modeled after traditional Western movie motifs, presents an atypical science fiction backdrop for the narrative.

The series is set in the year 2517, after humans have arrived at a new star system, and follows the adventures of the renegade crew of Serenity, a Firefly-class spaceship. The ensemble cast portrays the nine characters who live on Serenity. Whedon pitched the show as "nine people looking into the blackness of space and seeing nine different things".[4] The show explores the vicissitudes of people who fought on the losing side of a civil war, as well as the pioneer culture that exists on the fringes of their star system. In addition, it is a future where the only two surviving superpowers, the United States and China, fused to form the central federal government, called the Alliance, resulting in a fusion of the two cultures, as well.

The whole series from beginning to end is a combination of High Chaperal meets Star Trek - in a good way. Every episode has some classic one-liners and some good belly laughs. One theme that runs through the series is the fact that the most respected member of the crew is in fact a prostitute -fiction reflects our imagined reality Shocked Aiya! Huaile

Don't watch the film before the TV series or you will end up kicking yourself as I did, the film is a follow up to the series. Embarassed

This torrent contains a gag reel, strong language and also a Special behind the lens mini documentary.

Video 9/10
Audio 9/10
Content 10/10 (Might be biased bit wha the heck)

The series is from the producer/director of Buffy~ Joss Weeden

does the torrent contain commentary tracks Wink

they are hilarious (spelling?), very funny.

I guess its even cheaper to buy it on dvd than to download it thinking of the rising energy prices ... Rolling Eyes

The episodes are seperate avi's - this is not a direct rip of the dvd so no audio choices I.e. additional commentary.

See the updated review!
